Anna-Lena Rönnert has been working as a research associate with the University of Hohenheim's Entrepreneurship Research Group since August 2022. She is currently working on the research project "Mapping the class ceiling in entrepreneurship" funded by the Baden-Württemberg Stiftung, and conducts research on social inequality among entrepreneurs.
Anna-Lena previously completed the master's program in International Business and Economics at the University of Hohenheim. She also holds a double Bachelor's degree in International Business Studies from Aachen University of Applied Sciences and the University of the Sunshine Coast in Australia.
She gained her first professional experience in corporate strategy and management consulting at Bosch and Daimler, as well as her enthusiasm for innovation topics in innovation management at EnBW. She also supported the realization of EXIST spin-offs at the University of Hohenheim as a student assistant.
