Fabian Seeger has been working as a research associate at the Chair of Entrepreneurship at the University of Hohenheim since October 2025. In this role, he coordinates the University of Hohenheim’s participation in the Inspire2Start network, which is part of the INSPIRE BW start-up networks. The Inspire2Start network is an initiative of universities in the Stuttgart region that focuses on promoting sustainable innovation and entrepreneurship in order to strengthen the region as a leading hub for sustainable start-ups.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Psychology from the University of Applied Sciences Stuttgart and a Master’s degree in Management with a focus on Marketing & Management from the University of Hohenheim. During his studies, he spent a semester abroad at the University of Milan and gained practical experience in management consulting at KPMG as well as in the energy sector at TransnetBW.
His research interests lie in the field of entrepreneurial cognition, particularly in the role of cognitive and emotional capabilities within the entrepreneurial process.
