Johanna Slowik has been working as a research associate with the University of Hohenheims´s Entrepreneurship Research Group since September 2024.
Johanna completed her bachelor’s degree in Business Psychology at the West Coast University of Applied Sciences and subsequently obtained a master’s degree in Business Management with a focus on Small and Middle Enterprises and Entrepreneurship at Flensburg University of Applied Sciences. She also graduated from London Metropolitan University with a Master of Science in Psychology.
Her research interests include understanding decision-making processes and team dynamics in the field of entrepreneurship. In particular, she is interested in the influence of factors such as organisational culture, interpersonal interaction and error management on the success of businesses.
