Johanna Slowik has been working as a researcher with the University of Hohenheims´s Entrepreneurship Research Group since September 2024.
Johanna completed her bachelor’s degree in Business Psychology at the West Coast University of Applied Sciences and subsequently obtained a master’s degree in Business Management with a focus on Small and Middle Enterprises and Entrepreneurship at Flensburg University of Applied Sciences. She also graduated from London Metropolitan University with a Master of Science in Psychology.
Her research interests focus on the role of serendipity in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial ecosystems, exploring how unexpected opportunities can be harnessed through organisational culture, interpersonal interactions, error management and individual personality traits to drive innovation, collaboration and sustainable success.
